Beginning

  • Sitting on the ball and gently bouncing in place
  • Floor Yoga Ball Rolls – Seated legs stretched out wide rolling the ball to each other
  • Floor Yoga Ball Toss – Throwing the ball to each other (variation – two balls, alternate toss over the ball the it rolled on the floor

Yoga

  • Seated Twist – Pass the Ball
  • Plow Pass the Ball – laying on the floor with head to head in one line plow –  passing the ball to each other with feet, hands or knees
  • Tree pose – Yoga Ball held up in the air for 30 sec

Sequencing

  • Yoga Tree with the Ball up in the air -> Yoga Plow with the Ball followed by Tree Pose with the Ball -> back to Plow -> Down Dog over the Ball -> Up Dog on the Ball -> Tree Pose with the Ball

Lift

  • Trust fall or
  • Yoga pyramid with the Ball (Chair Pose on a chair pose) to chair holding the Ball up

  • Sitting on the ball and gently bouncing in place
  • Massage
