Yoga
- Seated Twist – Pass the Ball
- Plow Pass the Ball – laying on the floor with head to head in one line plow – passing the ball to each other with feet, hands or knees
- Tree pose – Yoga Ball held up in the air for 30 sec
Sequencing
- Yoga Tree with the Ball up in the air -> Yoga Plow with the Ball followed by Tree Pose with the Ball -> back to Plow -> Down Dog over the Ball -> Up Dog on the Ball -> Tree Pose with the Ball
Lift
- Trust fall or
- Yoga pyramid with the Ball (Chair Pose on a chair pose) to chair holding the Ball up
